The Professional Skills Course (Core) is delivered by FRESH and administered by the Society, the course will be held at the Antenna Conference rooms, Beck Street, Nottingham NG1 1EQ.

The Mazur & Others v Charles Russell Speechlys judgment has raised concerns throughout the legal community, as the ruling found that all non-solicitors including qualified Chartered Legal Executives, cannot conduct litigation, even under the supervision of a qualified Solicitor. The ruling handed down by Mr Justice Sheldon in September also appeared to contradict earlier advice provided by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) in this regard.
