AGM Notice 2025
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Annual General Meeting of the Society will be held at the Old Courtroom, Shakespeare Street, Nottingham Trent University, Nottingham on Tuesday 13th May 2025, 6pm. Refreshments will be available from 5:30pm with the AGM starting promptly at 6pm.
The AGM is a free event to attend by all members of the Society and whilst it deals with formal matters it is also a celebration of the previous year of the Society. Canapes and refreshments will be served after the formalities of the AGM to encourage networking amongst members of the Society and to meet Council Members and sub-committee members. We look forward to meeting many of you at the event.

3. To receive and adopt the Accounts of the Society.
4. To re-appoint the Auditors of the Society.

The following have been nominated for election as officers of the Society for the forthcoming year:

Note 1: A secret Ballot will take place for the office of Deputy Vice President, in the event that one or more additional Candidates who are not members of Council shall have been nominated and seconded in accordance with the Rules and Standing Orders of the Society. Notice will be given of the candidates standing for the position ahead of the Annual General Meeting.
Note 2: The following have been nominated to fill the Local Constituency Seats.
