Private Client Solicitor / Fee Earner

Department – Wills and Probate

Location – Ellis-Fermor and Negus Solicitors, Long Eaton. Some hybrid working may be available.

Hours – full time - 35 hours per week (part time considered)

Salary – commensurate with experience and qualifications

We are a multi-disciplinary high street legal practice serving clients in Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire for over 125 years. Our mission is to establish lifelong relationships with all our clients by anticipating and responding to their needs for quality legal services.

We have a great opportunity for an experienced private client solicitor to join our growing team and help us achieve this mission.

You must be highly experienced in private client matters law including wills, probate, LPAs and Court of Protection applications. You must be able to work to tight deadlines, manage your own workload and be able to provide professional legal support to clients during difficult times. A proven track record of meeting billing targets is essential and you must have a methodical and detailed approach with a high level of accuracy.
