Matrimonial Solicitor
Location: Nottingham
Contract: Full time / Permanent
Salary: Competitive (based on experience)
The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Family Solicitor / Legal Executive (minimum 1 years + PQE required) to join our Northampton office. The successful candidate will have experience and an interest in matrimonial financial remedies and private children.
This position is suited to a confident professional with first class interpersonal and motivational skills and the passion to help drive the firm forwards.
Duties
This role will include but is not limited to:
· taking on and running existing matters in the areas of matrimonial finance and child arrangements;
· assisting with the development of the matrimonial department
· managing and progressing own caseload in an efficient and effective manner;
· dealing with enquiries from potential clients, colleagues and existing clients promptly;
· ensuring that SRA regulations regarding competency are consistently kept up to date
Skills
We are accepting applications from individuals who:
· have at least 1 years PQE;
· are self-confident and passionate;
· possess first class communication skills.
