Roythornes Solicitors welcomes new Partners

Roythornes are delighted to announce the new appointments of Partners in their Nottingham and Spalding offices.

The Nottingham office, welcomes Corporate Lawyer, James Maynard and the Spalding office welcomes Commercial Property specialist, Stephen Kay.

James Maynard has worked in Maynard has worked in corporate law for the entirety of his career, supporting clients across multiple sectors with share sales, business and asset sales, private equity transactions, MBOs and MBIs, reorganisations, demergers, and shareholder arrangements. 

Having worked in Leicester for several years, he plans to maintain his presence in the city while supporting Roythornes' growth in Nottingham and the wider region.

Stephen Kay, was the head of the real estate department at EMW Law for 11 years and a partner for 14 years.
