KCH Garden Square Welcomes New Barristers

KCH Garden Square are delighted to welcome two new barristers, Steph Bailey and Danielle St Clair.

Steph Bailey is developing a mixed family law and civil litigation practice following completion of a predominately family law pupillage at another set on circuit. Steph has experience in a wide range of private law proceedings involving allegations of domestic abuse and violence, plus many other areas of private children law.

Danielle St Clair has gained a wealth of Criminal and Regulatory experience whilst at her previous set and is now developing a broad Civil practice, with a particular interest in Animal law, Housing, Commercial and Credit Hire cases. Danielle has experience in conducting regulatory work, and has been regularly instructed to act on behalf of Police Services and Local Authorities across the Midlands in respect of a range of Civil applications.
