KCH Garden Square welcome new arrivals

KCH Garden Square is delighted to welcome 2 new members to the Criminal Team.

Rebecca Barrowcliffe joins us from 20th November following a successful career as a Defence Solicitor and Higher Court Advocate.

Following her call to the Bar in 2008, Rebecca has accumulated over 15 years experience of the Criminal Justice System, dealing with matters in the Youth, Magistrates and Crown Courts.

Rebecca has been involved in a whole range of cases across the East Midlands and beyond including a variety of serious and complex matters such as serious violence against Prison Officers, a 10 defendant Murder Trial and complex Trading Standards Prosecutions.

Paul Stimson is with us from 11th December.

Having been called to the Bar in 2003, Paul completed his pupillage and accepted tenancy at chambers in London.

Having re-located to the Midlands, Paul joined The Crown Prosecution Service where, during a 17 year career, he held many management positions and was one of the first group, selected by the Chief Crown Prosecutor, of Crown Advocates.

Despite his move into management, resulting in his most recent post of Deputy Chief Crown Prosecutor at CPS North London, Paul retained his passion for advocacy continuing to prosecute cases of varying complexity.

Paul will be available to accept instruction in all areas of Criminal Law for both Prosecution and Defence.

For further information, or to instruct either Rebecca or Paul, please feel free to contact our Practice Management Team.
