Join Marsh JLT Specialty in a discussion of risk in the current environment.

In this seminar, Victoria Prescott, Senior Vice President, will focus on supervision whilst working remotely, and provide an analysis of notifications during lockdown.

John Pennie will also discuss ATE insurance - insuring against the risk of adverse costs being awarded against your client - and highlight some recent developments. This discussion will cover how you might demonstrate that the client’s best interests are protected, and you have taken account of your client’s attributes, needs and circumstances as required by the new Code of Conduct.

Nam Qureshi will conclude with an overview of our thoughts on the October professional indemnity insurance renewal season.
