FREE WEBINAR

The UK has now left the EU and free movement of workers from Europe has ended. This means that European and non-European nationals have to satisfy the same immigration rules to work in the UK.  It is crucial that your clients are fully aware of these Rules so that they are able to plan their recruitment pipeline properly.

  • Are you confident that your clients are aware of the position of their  EU workforce in the UK and what they need to apply for?

  • Do your clients understand the principles and the impact to their business of the new immigration regime in the UK?

  • Are your clients clear about sponsorship licences and the reporting and recording obligations?

  • Are your clients confident about the new right to work checks for EU nationals up until 1 July 2021?

In this webinar Thal Vasishta and Kirin Abbas, Directors and corporate immigration solicitors at Paragon Law, will guide you through these questions, show you how the new rules will work and give practical advice on the steps your clients need to take to protect their workforce.

This live 60 minute webinar includes a Q&A session.
