Presenter:

Keith Biggs is now a Probate Consultant but was the District Probate Registrar at Winchester. Before appointment Keith was in The Principal Registry, with over 40 years’ experience in probate matters, of which includes over 20 years as a Registrar and 15 years as a consultant since retirement from the registry. Keith has extensive teaching experience having lectured in this field since 1987.
