PRELIMINARY OF COUNCIL ELECTIONS 2020


Preliminary notice is hereby given, in accordance with Bye-Law 49, that a vacancy has arisen due to the resignation of Ash Bhatia.

This vacancy will be a casual vacancy and has arisen due to the resignation of Mr Bhatia, whose term would otherwise expire in 2021.

Nominations:

Nominations are invited from solicitors (who must be members of the Law Society) who have a registered address within the Nottinghamshire constituency (defined as postcodes NG1-NG25 and DN22), or alternatively who are members of the Nottinghamshire Law Society. Candidates must be nominated by two other Law Society members who must have a registered address in the constituency.
